Start by building a quote on our website or by calling us. Submitting a quote is a request only — no payment is collected at that stage. After we review availability and confirm your quote, a retainer is required to secure your booking.

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, but we'll always do our best with last-minute requests.

Yes, we have a minimum order amount for deliveries. Smaller orders can still be picked up from us directly.

Yes! We handle delivery and pickup for all rentals. A flat $25 delivery fee applies to rental orders.

Setup is available for an additional fee. Standard delivery includes drop-off at your location.

Extra labor fees may apply if your setup location requires unusual effort (stairs, long distances, etc.).

We deliver throughout the greater Los Angeles area, including San Fernando Valley, Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, and surrounding communities. A flat $25 delivery fee applies to rental orders.

A retainer is required to secure your booking after your quote has been confirmed. The retainer is $25 when the rental subtotal is $200 or less, and $50 when the rental subtotal is over $200. Delivery and setup fees do not change the retainer amount. No payment is collected when you first submit a quote request.

After your quote is confirmed, you can pay the retainer by Zelle, Venmo, or credit/debit card. We will share payment instructions when your quote is ready.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your event may receive a partial refund. Orders canceled closer to the event may forfeit the retainer.

Yes, changes can be made up to 48 hours before delivery, depending on availability.

Normal wear and tear is fine, but significant damage or missing items may result in replacement charges.

Yes, please remove decorations and trash. Linens should be shaken free of debris but do not need to be washed.

We offer rectangular, round, and cocktail tables in different sizes to fit your event needs.

We currently offer standard white folding chairs and white resin chairs.

Yes, linens are available for rent in various colors and sizes.

We still deliver as scheduled. If you'd like to cancel or reschedule due to weather, standard cancellation policies apply.
